Hey, I’m Jane!

I’m a mental health advocate, aspiring author and writer of Your Friend Jane, my mental health blog. In 2016, I created Your Friend Jane when I started to struggle with my mental health as a freshman in college, and I wondered, “Does anyone else feel the same way I do?” Today, I continue to share my journey of living an imperfect and fulfilling life by sharing self-care and personal growth advice!
